We ordered 28 bar stools and 32 Chairs in the bentwood style. I design restaurants his is the 2nd large order that I have placed, and the previous order a few years ago (different chair style) were great, which is why I decided to use this company again.

HOWEVER, this time around is a VERY different story.

To start the chairs were not packaged properly and 3 of them arrived broken. When I tried to make a shipping damage claim a few weeks after the shipment arrived, they told me it was too late. Since then, the chair legs and footrests have been breaking on a regular basis. In 2 cases clients have INJURED themselves when the chairs / stools have broken while they were in use!

After many weeks of back and forth we have finally received a shipment of replacement parts, however the chairs and stools continue to break which is just not acceptable.

My client is now SUING ME because of the LIABILITY that these chairs are posing to their business because their clients are getting injured. We are going to have to replace them all but Seating Expert is not co-operating.

BUYER BEWARE.
