Bought 130 chairs for my new Mexican place in Chicago - when the truck arrived the chairs were so messed up that I wanted to refuse the all thing. I called and spoke with Bonnie - she instructed me to accept the chairs and that she will help me replace them later on.
Ohhh, what a mistake - I started unpacking and noticed half of them were so scratched up, like USED furniture.
I spent $10,000 with them and they are NOT willing to replace the chairs. I already contacted American Express and told them not to pay anything before they make this right.
Don't buy from them.
